Is your pricing structure fixed and transparent?
Absolutely. We specify our costs upfront before work begins. You will not face hidden fees or unexpected charges for our advice.
Do we have to commit to a long contract?
No. You are able to begin on a pay-as-you-go basis, paying an hourly rate for the support you actually use, so that you are able to judge the quality of our advice before committing to anything longer. Retained contracts of three or five years are also available. Where you expect to need regular support, a retained contract is the better value: your costs are fixed for the term, advice is unlimited rather than metered by the hour, and you have a named consultant who knows your business. Your quotation will set out both options clearly, with no hidden fees and no unexpected charges.
